Domestic Engineered Solutions for Your Toughest Precast Challenges: Step Five

Ship (Inspect, Package, Send)

Your precast shape is made. Everything is done, right?

Wrong. Until you receive your shape - in perfect condition - the job isn’t done and the team at Onex knows that. Whether we are shipping to our customers or yours, Onex will provide seamless palletizing and shipping services.

At Onex, quality control is the first stop before shipping.

After the precast is molded, formed, and tested it goes to quality control, then wrapping, then palletizing, and then getting it loaded on the truck. Because Onex owns the whole process - start to finish - mold manufacturing through the casting process, to the furnace process, and the heating of the product, and finally through to shipping (and transporting) your precast shape, Onex literally goes the extra mile in ensuring quality product arrives in perfect condition.

During the wrapping process, every aspect of the shipping materials is custom-molded to your precast for intact delivery. The pallets are specialized to the order needs; Onex offers numerous sized pallets going from 32 by 32 up to 114 by 114 with different thicknesses, from one-inch oak to standard pine. Shrink wrap options include choices in thickness and color. Additional custom packing options are available on request.

Onex’s precast can be shipped anywhere within the US, once complete, within 72 hours. Shipping can be with your carrier or via Onex’s own trucks to guarantee perfect precast parts are delivered safely and cover other special shipping needs.
